About the role
Leadership: The manager for this role is the Practice Manager, Business Platforms. They are based in ANZ and lead our Business Platforms function, partnering closely with clients to design and deliver scalable, modern business applications. They foster a collaborative, coaching-focused environment where architects are encouraged to share knowledge, mentor others and continually deepen their technical expertise.
As an Architect – Dynamics 365, you will be responsible for assessing and designing complex Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that meet our clients' technology and business needs. You will act as a subject matter expert for strategic client opportunities and provide leadership and technical support to your teammates, often acting as a team lead on large engagements. We will count on you to own the technical outcome and quality of engagements while partnering closely with stakeholders across Insight and our clients. Along the way, you will get to:
* Lead the assessment, design and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that align to client requirements and strategic objectives.
* Provide project quality assurance, technical oversight and leadership as a team lead on large engagements, including managing technical scope and contributing to budgets.
* Partner with clients to define business and technical requirements, resolve project issues and ensure delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard of quality.
* Contribute to the development of new solution offerings, standards, templates and work products, including coaching and mentoring teammates to uplift delivery capability.

What we're looking for
* 8+ years' experience architecting, designing and implementing advanced technical solutions, ideally within consulting/professional services, with strong stakeholder and client engagement skills.
* Deep expertise across Dynamics 365 (expert level in at least two first-party applications) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps; with working knowledge of Power BI, Power Pages and AI Builder).
* Proven ability to translate business imperatives into technical requirements and architectures, including complex CRM configuration/customisation, integrations, data migration and ALM best practice.
* Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills, with the ability to mentor other team members, manage competing priorities, produce high-quality documentation (architectural diagrams, roadmaps, technical docs) and build effective relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders.
