We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our business expansion across multiple territories.
* Develop and implement multi-market growth strategies, including account acquisition, retention and optimization playbooks for key prospects and clients.
* Set regional sales, expense and budget goals and manage the continuous process to achieve them.
* In conjunction with marketing, develop territory-specific marketing channel strategies.
* Conduct extensive market research and competitor analysis.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in multidisciplinary leadership, direct sales and business development, and advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel.
A strong analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills and a solid history of data-driven strategic development is required. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and negotiate effectively is essential.
