New Home Sales Consultant
* Standard & Custom Home Designs
* Knock Down Rebuild Projects
* Weekend work (10am–5pm)

Aura – brand new display homes

What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the NuTrend Homes sales team, you’ll be at the forefront of the client journey — turning enquiries into signed contracts and lifelong customers.
You will:
* Sell standard designs and fully customised homes
* Manage knockdown rebuild opportunities from start to finish
* Welcome and engage clients in our new Aura display homes
* Build strong relationships and generate quality leads
* Create and present tailored house & land packages
* Confidently present contracts and close deals
* Guide clients through the design and selection process
* Maintain and manage your pipeline and database
* Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to handover
What You Bring
* Proven sales performer
* Strong knowledge of residential construction is a benefit
* Established network and ability to generate opportunities
* High energy, drive, and self-motivation
* Eye for design and detail
* Natural relationship builder and negotiator
* Strong organisational and follow-up skills
* Confidence using CRM systems and sales tools
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Problem-solving mindset and resilience
* Solid understanding of the local Sunshine Coast market
