The transformation you will experience
Step into a pivotal Account Manager role where you'll lead client delivery and implementation planning—shaping media recommendations that genuinely move the needle. You'll represent the agency's values with confidence, inspire those around you, and deliver work that drives marketing-led growth. This is a chance to deepen client partnerships, broaden your strategic influence, and become the go-to for translating briefs into smart, evidence-based solutions.
Responsibilities
Preparing implementation planning responses that align to client needs and the media landscape
Translating briefs into clear recommendations using data, tools, and past learnings
Considering digital opportunities across planning and implementation
Preparing media owner briefs and promoting specialist services and research
Keeping clients informed on industry developments and anticipating their needs
Participating in new business activity and positively representing the agency
Tracking key business, campaign and competitive metrics
Facilitating weekly campaign tracking, optimisation and reporting
Ensuring accurate invoicing, spend alignment and resolution of account queries
Demonstrating competence across agency systems and processes

Qualifications
3–4 years' experience in a media agency, advertising or publishing environment
Solid understanding of traditional media channels, with growing digital confidence
Strong client relationship skills and the ability to anticipate needs
High attention to detail and accuracy across reporting, planning and delivery
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure
A solutions-focused mindset with genuine passion for delivering great work
Confident communication and collaboration skills— a committed team player
Experience contributing to new business pitches or RFPs
