Tropical Auto Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registration Clerk / Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in administration or an experienced person within the automotive industry already. Experience in an administration/accounts role is preferred, however, training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the registration of vehicles, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
- Provide administrative support to the registration and finance teams
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients
- General office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
