We have worked toward giving customers a better finance deal, and every dealership has a trained, professional Business Manager (some have two) to help customers get the bike they want sooner and with less hassle. We are looking for candidates with experience in retail finance and insurance and a great attitude and work ethic. Experience in the automotive industry is not essential, but advantageous. The role involves meeting every potential customer, maximising income from finance, insurance and warranty products, supporting the sales team, and developing and training sales staff in correct referral methods.
Spare Parts & Accessories Salesperson
Our Spare Parts and Accessories departments have the largest range of stock in Queensland. We seek experienced salespeople to assist customers in selecting helmets and parts, manage stock control and auditing, efficiently stock spare parts and accessories, attend to retail and trade business, and service our workshop network. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, build and maintain relationships with retail and trade customers and suppliers, be meticulous in stock control, and be ambitious and motivated.
Motorcycle Technician
Ultimate Service Departments offer full service for new and used motorcycles. We seek fully qualified motorcycle mechanics experienced in all aspects of motorcycles, who have a great attitude, pride in workmanship, and want to work as part of a team. Qualified technicians receive above‐award pay and well‐equipped workshops with a 5‐day working week, and can attend manufacturer‐sponsored training to advance skills.
Motorcycle Mechanic Apprenticeship
Looking to start a career as an Apprentice Motorcycle Technician? Finished school and have a passion for motorcycles? Ultimate seeks technically minded people keen on motorcycles to commence a 4‐year apprenticeship program to become fully qualified technicians. The program is organised with the MTAQ, who provide a dedicated trainer and small‐group training environment. We provide a structured apprenticeship, manufacturer training opportunities, and the chance to work with experienced technicians.
