**THE POSITION**
We are currently on the lookout for multiple Loading Dock Masters in security!
**multiple roles available**
12 hour shifts
To be considered, it's essential you have excellent presentation and customer service skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment!
**The primary responsibilities however, not limited to**:
- Providing high quality front line customer service and support
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Operating boom gates and CCTV
- Issuing access passes
- Providing entry for all visitors
- Report writing
- Ensuring smooth flow of dock operations
**To be considered - these qualifications & experience are essential**
- First Aid certificate
- **Previous experience in building management systems (CCTV, access control, etc)**:
- Current Drivers' License
- Current QLD Security license
- Full work rights
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Proven experience in conflict resolution
- Good administration skills
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time - shifts up to 12 hours
