About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Installer/Driver to join our team based in Homebush West.
This hands-on role involves delivering, installing, and collecting healthcare equipment across NSW, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Safely lift, move, assemble, and disassemble medical equipment (20kg+).
Deliver, install, and collect equipment at homes, aged care facilities, and hospitals.
Engage respectfully with people with disabilities, carers, and families.
Drive large vans/small trucks on multi-stop delivery runs.
Use smartphones/scanners to manage delivery tasks.
Assemble and troubleshoot equipment on-site to ensure safe use.
Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with schedulers.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and upkeep.
About You
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to show empathy and respect when working with people living with disabilities, carers, and families.
Physically fit and confident lifting equipment (20kg+).
Experience with multi-stop deliveries (large vans/small trucks).
Hold a full, valid driver's licence with a clean record.
Comfortable using smartphones, scanners, and job management apps.
Mechanical/technical aptitude with confidence to assemble and troubleshoot equipment.
Experience working with people with disabilities is highly regarded.
Fully vaccinated against Covid and Flu.
Willing to obtain (or already hold): National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment physical assessment.
