/ yrAbout the PositionCurrently an opportunity exists for a Recruitment Consultant Assistant to support the busy residential building job portfolio with view to grow into a Recruitment Consultant position.Responsibilities Managing all internal phone calls Telephone screening applicants and shortlisting resumes Maintaining CRM system Coordinating interviews and reference checking Managing internal meetings and booking meeting rooms Managing company brand marketing on LinkedIn Invoicing and managing internal spreadsheets Sales support for the Recruitment Consultants including prospecting Other administration and sales support tasksWhat we are looking for Experience in a sales or relationship management position Demonstrated high performance sales background Strong administration skills, ability to prioritise and multitask Exceptional communication both written and verbal Exceptional customer service - service orientated
