Job Description
* Provide friendly, efficient and qualified service to all guests and clients
* Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
* Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed
* Support the Food & Beverage Manager and supervisors in the overall operations of the bar
Qualifications
* Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, quick‐paced, high‐volume venue
* Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making, beverage production, spirits, wine, beer and current trends
* Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service
* Adaptable and able to multi‐task
* Time‐management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
* Able and willing to work a rotating seven‐day roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
* Must have an RSA certificate
