As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be working with a team of motivated educators to plan and implement educational programs for children 0-5 years that draw on relationships, community connections, the centre philosophy and children and families strengths and interest.
We are looking for casual Early Childcare Educators at all levels; cert III, Diploma and Teacher.
The Centres operate between 7:30am-6:00pm and staff will be required to work rotating shifts within the spread of 7:15am and 6:00pm.
Casual staff are called upon to meet child-staff ratios and regulations during permanent staff leave. Casuals are provided with as much notice as possible for available shifts however, last minute notice may be required to cover unforeseen staff leave.
Flexibility is a must as the role may require you to work across both Centres and on an ad hoc basis. The successful applicants will need to be available at least 3 days per week to be considered for the positions.
To be eligible for this position you must have
1. Working with children’s check,
2. Experience working with children 0-5 years,
3. Current first aid certificate,
4. Anaphylaxis, and asthma management certificate,
5. Relevant child protection qualification.
6. It is an organisational requirement that you are vaccinated against COVID-19.
Casual Contract: Cert III
Offering $36 (including casual loading) plus superannuation per hour
Casual Contract: Diploma
Offering $46 (including casual loading) plus superannuation per hour
Casual Contract: Degree
Offering $56 (including casual loading) plus superannuation per hour
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating high quality educational programs for children 0-5 years that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework and that is inclusive of all children.
