About Our Job Opportunity
This role requires a professional and efficient retail employee to work in our post office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous experience in customer service, a valid Workforce ID, and passport interview accreditation.
The successful applicant will be responsible for accurately and efficiently performing all kinds of customer sales and service transactions, including managing high-value transactions, conducting identity services, and assisting with mail lodgments and administrative duties.
* Performing customer sales and service transactions
* Managing high-value transactions, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
* Conducting and processing identity services transactions
* Assisting customers with mail lodgments and associated costs
This is a casual position, working 1-3 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, and Saturdays, 3-hour shifts.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service
* Valid Workforce ID and passport interview accreditation
* Lifting up to 16kg of mail repeatedly
