Operational Support Coordinator Role
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational needs of the Global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular reports on international student recruitment progress, developing and maintaining mechanisms of reporting team activities and performance, planning and coordinating onshore and offshore events, and ensuring effective processing of payments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of tertiary education, international education, and global partnership management. They will have high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, proven ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, demonstrated customer service skills, and ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
The position requires excellent communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid Working With Children Check is required for this role.
