GUEST SERVICES AGENT - SILKY OAKS LODGE - THE DAINTREE
Elevate your career with this rewarding opportunity for a Guest Services Agent to be part of Silky Oaks Lodge in the wonderous Daintree
This multi-faceted role will see you meeting and greeting our discerning guests, processing arrivals and departures, maintaining room accounts, assisting with guest enquiries, working on various administration tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Impeccable presentation and phone manner
* Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
* Flair for organisation with an eye for detail
* Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
* Ideally full current Australian Drivers License
