Support a Young Person's Engagement in Learning

The primary role of this position is to facilitate a young person's engagement in learning through classroom support and the delivery of workshops and activities that promote inclusion and social development.
This role works collaboratively with Teachers, other Youth Workers, and school leadership to achieve educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide in-class support to enhance a young person's learning experience
* Develop and deliver workshops and activities promoting social development and inclusion
* Collaborate with Teachers, other Youth Workers, and school leadership to achieve academic objectives
Requirements:
">
* Experience working with youth or in a school setting, particularly in classrooms
* Demonstrated skills and knowledge in youth/social work/wellbeing theory, process frameworks, and ethics
* Ability to analyze complex situations and respond appropriately
* Capacity to work effectively in a challenging environment
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
* Effective written and oral communication
* Good time management and planning skills
* Openness to diverse cultures, backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, values, and beliefs
