The Opportunity
We have an exciting portfolio of current and upcoming projects, and we're looking for a Senior Landscape Architect with strong project management and leadership skills – particularly in documentation and contract administration phases.
This role is perfect for someone who blends creative vision with technical precision, who enjoys guiding a team through all stages of the design and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from concept to construction, delivering exceptional design and documentation.
* Manage project deliverables, including site analysis, planning, design development, construction documentation, and tender packages.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive studio culture.
* Work across a variety of scales, from strategic master plans to detailed construction packages.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, sustainability practices, and design innovations.
Requirements
* Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
* Around 6–8 years' experience in a professional design practice.
* Proven track record leading small teams through all project phases, with emphasis on documentation and contract administration.
* Strong design thinking, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in REVIT (essential).
* Experience with Autocad, Vectorworks, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite desirable.
* Excellent visual communication, problem-solving skills, and sustainability knowledge.
