Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead based in Perth to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across key projects in the region. The role reports to the SVP Talent Acquisition (Dubai) with local support from the Director, People and Culture (Perth). The Lead will provide operational guidance, ensure delivery of recruitment services, and maintain high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experiences. Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day management and mentorship to the TA team across Australia. Act as the focal point for all recruitment activities, including bids and tenders, and the first escalation point for recruitment matters on major projects. Drive a high‑performance culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth within the TA team. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies and ensure effective talent pipelines. Monitor the team’s use and quality of job boards, ensuring consistency and effective external visibility. Track and report on invoices in collaboration with finance and procurement teams. Develop and deliver regular recruitment reports, including roles in process, filled against the schedule, time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, DE&I metrics, and cost‑per‑hire. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement using recruitment data and stakeholder feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and job board providers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and templates. Benefits
