Community Development Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Community Development Coordinator to collaborate in the development and successful delivery of diverse community programs and events across Alice Springs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development, delivery, and evaluation of community events and initiatives.
* Provide effective staff management and leadership.
* Engage with key stakeholders and collaborate across directorates to maximize community outcomes.
* Prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
* Manage grant applications and acquittals.
Requirements:
* Minimum two years' experience working in community development, event management, or related field.
* Proven ability to plan, promote, deliver, and evaluate community projects and events.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong staff management experience with a proven ability to lead, support, and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage meetings and consultative processes effectively.
* Great organisation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
