Work in a large aged care provider situated in a modern, well-supported 100+ bed facility in the western suburbs of Adelaide. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the facility with support from the Quality and Education teams, as well as head office-based support.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential
* Previous experience in a similar aged care leadership role (Clinical Manager/Care Manager)
* Excellent clinical skills in aged care
* Demonstrated leadership abilities
* Effective time management skills
* Knowledge of accreditation standards and continuous improvement processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in managing and mentoring care staff, with success in managing change
