As a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist, you will work more autonomously than in entry-level roles, operating within your full scope of practice and applying your expertise across a range of responsibilities, from clinical procedures to data collection and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct clinical procedures and data collection in accordance with research protocols and regulations.
* Collaborate with research teams to develop and implement research plans and strategies.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of research documents and reports.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with at least 2 years' clinical experience, including venepuncture and vaccine administration.
* Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and experience in human research, including informed consent, safety monitoring, and documentation.
* Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols and timelines.
