Key Responsibilities:
* Providing ongoing support to participants who have secured employment.
* Developing solid relationships with both Participants and Employers in the provision of Work Support Focus on Post Placement Support (PPS) for all Participants and FOE/Site Brokered Employers.
* Maximizing work retention in sustainable employment via timely supports and interventions.
* Ensuring that each Outcome type is maximized for positive performance and revenue impacts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to build appropriate rapport, find common ground, and create trust.
* A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
* Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
