We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer who is ready to take the next step in their career as the CT Lead for Tasmania. This leadership role will have responsibility for the CT modality across our five clinics in Tasmania, and will involve a mix of scanning, developing CT governance, and ensuring training processes are standardised.
Responsibility Highlights
* Clinical leadership of the CT Radiographer workforce across the state.
* CT scanning alongside other modalities as required.
* Design, development and delivery oversight of CT training programs.
* Contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
* Oversee professional development and training of qualified Radiographers.
* Support recruitment and retention efforts.
* Lead innovative and strategic initiatives.
* Deliver high‐standard customer service and patient care, working proactively with Radiologists, referrers and support staff.
Qualifications
* Significant CT modality experience across a variety of machines/platforms.
* Deep knowledge of CT governance, resources and systems.
* Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* Track record in developing and implementing training resources.
* Strong communication, professionalism and teamwork.
* AHPRA registration.
