Our Forklift Operator position based at Keysborough offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, customer service, and administration. You'll be part of a small team that makes up a larger function. You will be working with skilled & passionate Team Leaders and Managers who will develop you and set up for success in a team that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.
In this role, you'll coordinate inventory movements, ensure timely and accurate order follow-up, and provide exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with practical experience in warehouse operations, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. At Fletcher Insulation we take no short cuts when it comes to safety, so it's important you are committed to our visions.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Understanding of warehouse activities & requirements
* Confident in forklift operations with a current forklift license
* Happy to support all EHS activities and processes
* Confident with Microsoft Office and using ERP ie SAP
* Attention to detail and can work to deadlines
* Ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
* High energy and engaged personality
* Able to work rotating Day/Night rosters
