Are you ready to take your actuarial career to the next level? Chubb is seeking a Principal Actuary to influence and drive the profitable growth of our Property & Casualty (P&C) division. In this strategic role, you'll report directly to the Chief Actuary for Australia & New Zealand (A&NZ), providing high-quality, timely actuarial advice to senior leaders, supporting operational teams, and helping shape the future of all P&C lines and segments. You'll lead pricing and portfolio reviews, oversee rating algorithms for digital and non-digital portfolios, and play a key part in our strategic pricing and portfolio management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert actuarial advice to the P&C management team, Senior Actuaries, and Chief Actuary
* Guide and review pricing and portfolio strategies for key schemes and portfolios
* Provide actuarial input on rating algorithms and strategic pricing across all portfolios
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals
* Drive continuous improvement and support strategic development in line with local, regional, and global segmentation strategies
