Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors and suppliers, and ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance strategies.
* Be a primary contact with all contractors and suppliers to building and other assets
* Manage contractors and other workers to undergo and complete scheduled works as per management policies
* Ensure the timely implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) plans
* Manage utilities including electricity, water, sewage, ventilation, heating, build, and reconstruction of facilities, yards, gates, fences, car parks, and parking
* Oversee the maintenance of forklifts, lifting equipment, racks, bins, compressor systems, and vehicle servicing
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field
* Basic knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance tasks and practices
* Office management experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
* Current driver's license
