They are highly regarded within the real estate industry and they now have an opening for an experienced Receptionist to join their first-class team.The RoleOpening & closing the office, directing & managing a busy switchboard.Taking enquiries from clients & tenants.General administration to the property management & sales team.Managing stock control, banking, mail & couriers.Maintaining the key register & window boards.Updating rental lists & coordinating home opens.Receipting rents, advertising & sales deposits.Collating marketing for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits, etc.The Successful CandidateExperience within an office environment (real estate industry experience would be preferred).
