Cleaner Position Overview
At our PCYC Capricorn Coast Youth Club, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team. This role involves ensuring all facility cleaning needs are met in terms of daily and scheduled cleaning.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contemporary cleaning practices and the use of cleaning agents and equipment in a commercial environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all facility cleaning needs are met in terms of daily and scheduled cleaning;
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility;
* Using cleaning agents and equipment safely and efficiently;
* Providing excellent customer service to members and visitors;
* Working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in contemporary cleaning practices;
* Knowledge of work health and safety practices related to cleaning duties;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to build relationships with stakeholders.
