You will form an integral part of the property team, working with high-value tenants who form a vital part of keeping Australia moving.
What you'll be doing Implement portfolio and land use strategies to maximize revenue, trade growth, and site efficiency Manage leasing processes including negotiations, rent reviews, lease compliance, and documentation Conduct site inspections to ensure tenant and lease compliance Oversee tenant reporting, insurance, guarantees, and performance monitoring Coordinate with legal, valuers, and government bodies to ensure compliance and optimise outcomes What you'll need to succeed 5+ years in commercial/industrial property management Strong commercial and financial acumen Proficient in property management systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of NSW property and lease legislation Relevant tertiary qualifications; driver's licence required For more information, contact Fern on or Not right for you, but know someone who is?
