Requirements
* Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles in retail or hospitality.
* A people-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills.
* Great communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
* Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills.
* Full availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia.
