JS Careers is supporting an organisation seeking a
CRM Systems Administrator
to take ownership of their core CRM environment and help uplift how it's used across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys improving systems, supporting users, and creating smoother, more efficient processes across teams.
You'll play a key part in evolving the platform - modernising workflows, improving performance, and supporting upcoming integration and data initiatives.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will:
* Oversee day-to-day administration, configuration, and technical upkeep of the CRM
* Troubleshoot user issues, provide support, and help drive broader system adoption
* Review existing processes and introduce improvements that simplify how the business operates
* Manage access controls, permissions, and security settings
* Coordinate updates, feature rollouts, and integration activity with other systems
* Build and refine dashboards and reporting to support clearer insights and decision-making
* Translate team requirements into practical, scalable CRM solutions
* Support data integrity, migration work, and connections to external data platforms
* Maintain documentation, workflows, and system configuration records
* Monitor performance and proactively address stability or optimisation needs
What You Bring:
* 5+ years' experience working with CRM or SaaS platforms in a hands-on role
* Hands-on experience tailoring and managing CRM features, settings, and backend functions
* Understanding of data structures, relational models, and workflow logic
* Experience working through release cycles, system updates, or integration projects
* Ability to build reports, refine dashboards, and handle data imports/exports
* Clear communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users
* A mindset focused on simplification, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Nice to Have:
* Experience in structured, fast-paced, or operationally complex environments
* Exposure to modern data platforms or warehousing tools
* Background in training users or uplifting system capability across teams
