We're working with a consulting‐led delivery environment supporting a large‐scale insurance platform, currently expanding multiple squads focused on outbound communications across policy and claims systems. This is a hands‐on automation role, sitting across document generation, business rule validation, and regression automation. The work is focused on ensuring accuracy and consistency across customer communications, including print, email, and SMS outputs.
You'll be working in a structured Agile environment alongside developers, BAs, and delivery leads, contributing to both automation and functional testing across a complex enterprise platform.

What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and maintain automated test suites using BDD frameworks
* Validate document outputs across multiple channels including PDF, HTML, and digital communications
* Perform business rule validation across generated insurance documents
* Execute functional and regression testing across integrated systems
* Contribute to test planning, test case design, and peer reviews
* Track and manage defects through to resolution
* Configure and maintain test environments
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear progress updates
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years experience across QA and test automation
* Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
* Proficiency in at least one language such as Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
* Hands‐on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar
* Experience validating structured outputs such as XML, PDF, or HTML
* Solid understanding of enterprise testing practices and defect management
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
Nice to have
* Experience with customer communications platforms such as SmartCOMM, Thunderhead, or similar
* Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
* Background in insurance or financial services
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
