Job Title: Maintenance Plumber (Housing & Drainage)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team, working across residential housing and drainage maintenance.
This is a hands-on role focused on fault finding, repairs, and general maintenance rather than new builds. You’ll be attending a variety of jobs including blocked drains, leaking fixtures, and system repairs — no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* General residential plumbing maintenance and repairs
* Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently
* Drainage work including blocked drains, repairs, and inspections
* Tapware, toilets, and hot water system repairs and replacements
* Work across roof spaces and at heights where required
* Provide clear communication with tenants, clients, and office staff
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
* Complete job notes and documentation accurately
Skills & Experience
* WA Plumbing Licence (essential)
* Proven experience in maintenance plumbing
* Drainage knowledge
* WA housing maintenance knowledge
* Experience with hot water unit repairs and gas servicing (preferred)
* Restricted electrical licence (preferred)
* Not afraid to work on roofs or in roof spaces
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Current driver’s licence
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience in housing maintenance / property management work
* Drain camera & jetter experience
* Ability to quote small jobs on-site
