Wholesale Account & Customer Experience Lead
We're looking for a high-calibre, relationship-driven operator to take ownership of our wholesale accounts and customer experience as our business continues to grow.
This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality or operations professional who wants to step out of nights and heavy weekend work, but still enjoy a hands‐on, people‐facing role with real autonomy.
What you'll do
* Act as the primary relationship holder for our wholesale stockists
* Manage just 2 deliveries per week and in-store presentation to Brisbane
* Proactively maintain stock levels, fridge presentation, and merchandising standards
* Handle wholesale queries, adjustments, and service issues end-to-end
* Respond to customer enquiries across email, phone, and Shopify
* Make practical, commercial decisions without constant escalation
* Feed customer insights back into operations and process improvements
* This is not a desk‐only role. You'll be mobile, autonomous, and trusted to represent the brand.
About you
* Strong background likely in hospitality, venue management, or customer‐led operations
* Confident communicator, written and verbal
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
* Commercially minded and solutions‐focused
* Manual driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
* Comfortable with light lifting, cool rooms, and on‐your‐feet work
* Approximately 38–45 hours per week
* Casual engagement initially, with a clear pathway to permanent employment
* Predominantly weekday work, with occasional weekend requirements
Pay
$35–40 per hour (casual), depending on experience, with a clear pathway to permanent employment after a successful trial period.
