Daily responsibilities will include creating the dough, rolling, cooling and cutting the dough (mostly rounds and occasional shapes) and baking them, plus basic cleaning and storage tasks to manage your workspace and production.
This role is great for someone who enjoys repetitive, tedious work and has a strong sense of perfectionism and coordination.
The role is fully onsite in Homebush NSW and 3-5 days per week.
Monday-Friday NO WEEKEND WORK
Approx 8:00am-2:00pm
Minimum 3 days required and opportunity for more in busy/peak periods and as business grows.
Permanent casual position with a flexible schedule preferred.
Recipe, training and equipment all provided.
Applicant must be physically mobile, ok with standing and working on their feet for the day excluding break times for this active and very hands-on role.
Bakery, patisserie or commercial cooking experience highly favoured.
