Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Collectively achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
* Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
* Process and replenish stock according to company standards
* Assist in the implementation of promotional and visual merchandising initiatives
* Show initiative and be a great team player
What are we looking for?
* Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment
* A genuine love and understanding of our brand
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
* Outstanding communication skills
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* A 'can do', hands on style
* A proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member
* Passion for all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
* Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekend
* Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members)
