**The Company**:
Malatesta Road Paving & Hot Mix is a South West regional company, based in Bunbury, that has been providing services for civil contracting, state and local government and the local community for over 40 years.
**The Position**:
We currently have opportunities for Earthmoving Plant Operators to start immediately, filling asphalt roller and paver positions. These are permanent full time roles, Monday to Friday work, on an hourly rate with penalties.
**Essential Criteria**:
- White/Blue Card
- Strong work ethic
- Physically fit
- Punctual and reliable
- Permission to work in Australia
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
**It would be advantageous to have**:
- Previous experience in the asphalt/bituminous surfacing industry
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery
- Traffic Controller accreditation
The pre-employment check involves obtaining a National Police Certificate and a drug and alcohol screening.
