The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional Off-the-Plan Sales Consultant to represent one of the Gold Coasts most ambitious and iconic beachside residential projects. You will be the face of the project and a key driver of sales success with a focus on converting leads and guiding buyers through the sales journey to unconditional contracts. The role is well suited to a polished real estate sales professional with a track record in off the plan sales in luxury and lifestyle developments.

About the Development

This landmark development is located only steps from one of the Gold Coast's most iconic beaches and offers a range of premium residences including one, two, three and penthouse apartments all with world class resort style amenities. The project sales are supported by Australia's premier display and customer experience centres which includes a two and three bedroom apartment constructed complete and to scale as well as leading interactive display suite technology. There is very strong interest from local and interstate owner occupiers, down sizers and investors.

Your Role

As the Off-the-Plan Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

* Work with existing extensive database of prospective buyers
* Managing, nurturing and converting leads from new lead generation activities
* Delivering high-impact sales presentations communicating the projects value proposition
* Guiding buyers through the off the plan sales journey
* Maintaining strong relationships with buyers through on-going communication
* Building and managing relationships with external sales partners
* Maintaining CRM records for sales and management reporting
* Collaborating with sales, marketing and development teams on ongoing sales and marketing activities

What We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a real estate sales professional with experience and track record in either off the plan sales or luxury and lifestyle real estate with:

* 4-6+ years real estate sales experience, preferably within off-the-plan sales
* Understanding of the Gold Coast apartment market
* Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport with all project stakeholders
* Highly motivated and organised
* Current Queensland real estate salesperson registration
