**the role**:
We need a paid Media obsessive who gets genuinely excited about CTRs and creative testing. You'll be the wizard behind campaigns for some of the world's best brands.
**What you'll do**:
- 40% Campaign implementation & optimisation (the techy bits)
- 20% Reporting and insights development (big brain energy)
- 15% Budget management & pacing (the nerdy parts)
- 15% Copywriting support (worth-smith sorcery)
- 10% Client relationship management (the funnest stuff...)
**the experience**:
- 2+ years paid media experience across paid social (primarily) paid second (secondary), and programmatic (secondary)
- Agency side essential
- Strong Meta platform expertise + experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit preferred
- eCommerce campaign experience essential
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Google Analytics experience is your bread and butter
- In-depth performance reporting experience
