The Role
As a member of the Supplier Partnership & Performance Motor Team (SPPM), you will be responsible for the performance of the Motor Claims Supply Chain functions.
You will lead and support innovation to improve all aspects of the Motor Related Supply Chain, ensuring industry best practices in Cost, Quality, and Timeliness.
This role involves managing risks related to Hollard’s Motor Claims Supply Chain, including compliance with the Code of Practice, Claims Handling as a Financial Service, relevant APRA Prudential Standards, and ASIC requirements.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Reviewing Motor Related Claims Supply Chain changes and emerging trends
* Supporting operational planning within the Motor Claims Supply Chain
* Developing and implementing cost-reduction strategies
* Monitoring Third Party Risk Management Framework
* Reviewing and updating risk controls periodically
* Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to improve outcomes
About You
* Extensive experience in General Insurance, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Claims management
* Strong problem-solving skills considering business impact
* Knowledge of internal and competitor insurance products and market trends
* Experience managing partner relationships
* Leadership and influencing skills
