The Role

Are you passionate about Community Services? As demand for our Certificate IV in Alcohol & other Drugs courses grows, we are seeking qualified and passionate Trainer and Assessor in Community Services to deliver our nationally accredited course! Deliver training programs on site at Geelong and surrounding areas for students that are interested in working in community services.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality, engaging training and assessment for Community Services courses in line with RTO and ASQA standards
* Prepare, maintain, and update all training and assessment documentation to ensure full compliance
* Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey to help them achieve competency
* Liaise closely with the Training Coordinator and provide timely, accurate reports, data, and updates
* Monitor and evaluate training delivery to ensure positive learning experiences and strong student outcomes
* Maintain current industry knowledge and vocational competency to deliver relevant, up-to-date training
Must Have Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
(TAE40116 or TAE40110 including LLN unit + TAEASS502)
* Diploma in Community Services or Mental Health
* Significant and recent experience in the Community Services sector
* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Proficient English communication skills
* Strong IT skills and digital literacy
