This role will work with a small team in a wide range of functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Contracts Administrator assistant will be performing the following functions:
a) Assisting with Accounts payable using current software suite, especially data entries.

b) Assist Account/Admin Manager with general office duties where required

c) Maintain current software suite including but not limited to updating timesheets, customers and suppliers, catalogue suppliers, parts and labour

d) Order materials and labour with direction from Project Managers and Director using current software suite

e) Maintain and assist with website and online media platforms

Organise team functions and toolbox talks

This position description does not form an exhaustive list of your duties. You may be required to undertake other tasks and activities as required by the business from time to time.

**Skills (Technical Knowledge etc.) Essential**
- High level of ability in Mathematics and English
- Computer knowledge and experience
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- Working in a team

**Skills (Technical Knowledge etc.) Desirable**
- Website design and marketing experience
- Experience with Simpro and MYOB or similar software suites

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $45,832.51 - $68,824.32 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Hornsby, NSW 2077 (preferred)
