Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver training and assessment in the use of Orica IKON charging systems for large-scale production firings.
* Coach and mentor personnel in safe and efficient charging practices, inventory management, centralised firing systems, and independent firing practices.
* Help develop and update training materials and safe work procedures.
* Support operational and training requirements across NSMS sites, working flexible rosters as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC).
* WA Shotfirer's Licence.
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40122 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential) We will put you through this qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years' charge-up experience. (Essential)
* Demonstrated experience in safe, efficient charging practices across both production and development.
* Experience with Orica IKON charging systems for large-scale production firings.
