At Oknalux, we run a Purpose and Values driven business and are looking for the right high-performing team member who is aligned with our culture to join us in a full time role (8 hour shifts) as a Carpenter.
As part of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to learn more about the Double Glazed Window business, to increase your own self leadership skills, to contribute to the well-being of others and to work in an inspirational team culture.
The role will be based in Hindmarsh with jobs in and around the Adelaide area.
The successful applicant will:
* Have a minimum of 3 years' carpentry / Window installation experience
* Be aligned with the business Purpose & Culture

* Be willing to be held accountable for the responsibilities of their roles
* Be willing to continue to learn and develop their skills
* Have a high attention to detail & high accuracy level
* Have excellent phone & communication skills
* Have advanced computer skills
* Currently C class Australian Driver's Licence (Higher class preferable)
* White Card and Work Safely at Heights (Preferred)
The core Responsibilities & Outcomes for this role include:
* Install, insulate and weather-proof our windows and doors
* Demolition of existing windows
* Finishing off internal and external work for windows
* Unloading / delivery of windows / doors
* Contribute to the 'Continuous Improvement' philosophy of the business
* Other activities that serve the team and business as required
We reward people based on the value they bring to our team. A salary will be negotiated based on experience, and will be between $75,000 - $80,000. This way we ensure a fair value exchange is achieved based on what you could bring and the outcomes & expectations of the role.
