The position is initially on contract with the potential to convert to permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Systems Engineering documentation and hardware design solutions
Design, simulate, prototype, test, and document integrated electromechanical systems
Support certification testing and quality assurance processes
Produce work instructions, production plans, and verification documents
Participate in design reviews, working groups, and customer forums
Provide schedule estimates and report variances to team leadership
Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and Quality Management System
About You
Undergraduate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Ability to evaluate electronic products/components and design electrical tests
Excellent document and report writing skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
Australian citizenship is mandatory(NV1 security clearance eligibility required)
Defence or military systems experience
Proficiency with Altium Designer
Understanding of Defence project lifecycles
Manufacturing business experience
Experience with M1 ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
