Key Responsibilities
* Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical protocols
* Respond to and manage clinical incidents and escalate appropriately
* Work closely with residents, families, and allied health professionals
* Mentor and support care staff to promote best practice and team performance
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards
* Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the facility
* Ensure care is delivered in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is clinically confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in residential aged care or a similar healthcare setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and build rapport with residents
* Understanding of aged care standards and clinical compliance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
