The Role
We're seeking an experienced Retail and Commercial Brand Manager to champion Schweigen's brand presence across Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial sales within the electrical appliances industry, with existing relationships across major commercial players such as Harvey Norman Commercial, The Good Guys Commercial, Winning Commercial, and E&S Commercial.
You will also drive growth and visibility for our new Schweigen Design range, working closely with the design community, including architects, interior designers, and kitchen specialists.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Schweigen's retail and commercial brand presence in Victoria through proactive engagement and consistent follow up.
· Build a structured call cycle and maintain detailed visibility over your sales pipeline.
* Develop and nurture partnerships with commercial appliance networks and the design sector.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets.
* Act as a Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Schweigen Design range.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align brand initiatives with sales goals.
* Represent Schweigen at trade shows, design expos, and industry events.
* Ensure a consistent and premium brand experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial sales or brand management within the electrical appliance industry.
* Strong connections with major commercial channels (e.g. Harvey Norman Commercial, Winning Commercial, E&S, etc.).
* Must possess active current relationships with major commercial appliance networks including Harvey Norman Commercial, Winning Commercial, and E&S.
* Established links to the design sector (architects, designers, specifiers, builders).
* Must maintain an active current network within the design sector including architects, designers, specifiers, and builders.
* Excellent business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Self-driven with exceptional work ethic and results orientation.
* Passion for premium brands and innovative design.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
