Job Description:
* Provide expert advice on vehicle mechanical condition.
* Diagnose and repair vehicles, including dealer warranty repairs.
* Perform mechanical repairs, dismantle/reconstruct components, and replace faulty parts.
* Report all necessary service or repairs to the Service Manager.
* Order parts required for warranty and other services.
* Keep up to date with technical changes to our product range.
* Ensure a safe working environment with proper use of tools and equipment.
* Conduct test drives and final assessments before vehicle handover.
Requirements:
* A strong foundation in diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of vehicles.
* Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* The ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
* Clear communication skills and intermediate PC literacy.
* A current manual driver's licence (essential).
* An RWC licence (advantageous).
* A qualification such as Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (highly desirable).
* Their own tools.
