Assist with contract administration and compliance checks
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
Data entry and general office administration
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Professional, positive attitude with a proactive mindset
Previous experience in administration or real estate is highly regarded but not required
