Key Responsibility
1. Assisting with preparation of Proposals, Reports, Applications, and other Submissions.
2. Assessment and documentation of clients' requirements and preparation of contracts.
3. Assessment and monitoring of the status and performance of projects with a focus on delivery of contract requirements within specified timeframes.
4. Responsible for the project finance, including invoicing, cost tracking, variations etc.
5. Liaison with the client and approval authorities regarding performance and delivery of contract requirements.
6. Fostering of Business Development opportunities.
7. Act as the Superintendents representative for our construction contracts.
Qualifications
8. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
9. Demonstrated work experience in the industry.
Required Experience
10. A minimum of 4+ years' experience in skilled engineering services.
11. Experience with the development approval process with Local Authorities.
12. Exposure to a broad range of engineering issues and concepts.
13. Knowledge of systems and procedures relating to the role, including practical knowledge, principles and methods of engineering, and relevant codes, standards and engineering legislation.
14. Ability to use information technology, including AutoCAD, 12D Solutions, Microsoft Office Programs and any other applicable software packages.
