Business Development Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team.

* Develop strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for office furniture and seating solutions.
* Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate offices, interior design firms, commercial spaces, and retail distributors.
* Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities within the industry.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for the client's office furniture and seating solutions.
* Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate offices, interior design firms, commercial spaces, and retail distributors.
* Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, distributors, and retailers to secure new business opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives for the client's offerings.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities within the office furniture industry.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market developments, business opportunities, and challenges.
At our organization, we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.
Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.
